This is a very nice Type G trade gun by
Mike Brooks. It is used but in very good
The stock is beech finished with a
light stain and the vines were painted by Clay Smith. There
are some drying checks in the wood on the left side next to
the buttplate. The lock is an English style by R.E. Davis. The barrel
I believe is by Ed Rayl and is 47¼" long in 20 gauge.
It has an original style rear sight as well. The sheet brass
hardware is well done with nice engraving on the wrist
plate, sideplate and buttplate.
Overall it is very well made and the wood
to metal fit is excellent. The balance is excellent.
Weight is 6 lbs. 6 ozs. Pull is 13".
