Italian Carcano Carbine

Dated 1917

in 6.5x52

I know very little about these Carcano rifles so I'm letting the pictures tell you more. This may be a M91.

The 17.7" barrel has a dark bore with good rifling. The barrel and magwell retains about 85+% of the original blue with the receiver being a dark brown. The stock has been cut down. The sling inlet on the bottom of the stock has been filled with putty and there is another filled area on the left side of the butt. No rust or pitting on the exterior. This gun would be a great little light gun for hunting. Also a good piece for restoration or parts. The action works fine and the bolt locks up tight. It comes with 2 original enblock clips.

The pictures will tell you more. Contact me if you need pictures of something I missed.
