1860 Army Steel Frame Colt

with extra cylinder in .44 caliber

This pistol is new, unfired and in the box with papers. It is made by Pietta of Italy and is a Model 1860 Colt Army style in .44 caliber. This one comes with an extra cylinder. This pistol and extra cylinder retails for $330.

One of the most popular cap-and-ball, single-action revolvers ever made, the 1860 Army .44 was a mainstay in the Civil War as well as the weapon of choice for Texas gunfighter John Wesley Hardin and other gunmen. Pietta's replica 1860 Army .44-Caliber Black Powder Revolver boasts a brass trigger guard, color case-hardened steel frame, round barrel and walnut grips. There's also a naval battle scene laser-engraved on the cylinder.

I have always been impressed with the quality of these pistols for the price. I don't think the originals were much better when new.
