This gun is a typical English style from the mid 18th century. The brass mounts
copied from original pieces.
The barrel is by Colerain and is 42" long, octagon to round in 20 gauge.
(.62 smoothbore) The lock
is by Davis. It is correctly marked with 'London'
on the top of the barrel and View, Proof and barrel maker's stamps on the side
Weight is 7 lbs. and the length of pull is 13 ¾".
