Terms and Conditions
- Due to credit card
processing fees, cost of packaging and handling there is a $20
total cost minimum for orders placed online or over the phone.
- All custom work requires
a non-refundable one third (1/3) deposit at time of order.
Balance is due before item is shipped.
- All repairs will be done
as quickly as possible depending on the current work load. Owner
is responsible for timely pick up or shipping cost to return
item(s).

Cash, checks or money orders are gladly welcome. Any
returned checks or charge backs will be assessed a $25 fee.

We accept Visa©, MasterCard© and Discover© card
with no additional fees on any items purchased through the
website.

Firearms will incur a 3% fee which covers, but not limited
to, extra packing materials cost, special handling and added
insurance cost.

A 7% Virginia state tax will be added to any in-state orders or
items
picked up within the state.
Layaways
I generally don't do layaways.
If an item is marked that a layaway is accepted, it is due to the
higher than normal price for that item.
If doing a layaway, a
deposit of ⅓ of the price is required
with the balance including shipping and tax, if applicable, due
within 90 days of the initial deposit. Failure to pay the balance
within that time period will result in the forfeit of any monies
paid toward the item. Partial payments can be made during the 90 day
period.
Shipping
Policy
- All shipping costs are
to be paid by the buyer.
- Shipping is by USPS
Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Items will be sent by the best
method.
- All orders with a total
of more than $25 will be sent insured by the carrier.
- If you receive a package
damaged during shipment, notify the carrier before opening the
package.
- If the content of a
shipment is damaged, notify us and we will replace the item(s)
damaged or refund the cost of the item(s) including shipping.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns will be accepted
within ten (10) days after you receive your order. Once the item
is received, a full refund less the initial shipping cost will
be sent in the form of a check. Item must be in the same
condition in which it was shipped. Any alterations will void the
return policy. Return shipping cost is at the expense of the
customer.
- On firearms, a three (3) day examination is allowed. (Non
shooting). After that time the sale is
final. If a return is requested during that three day time
period, call or email us and a full refund less the initial shipping cost will be
refunded.
- If the item was a custom order the refund will be the
total cost less the one third (1/3) deposit and shipping cost.
Privacy Policy
- We are
committed to protecting your privacy.
We keep your information confidential. We will not sell, trade,
rent, loan, or disclose information about our customers to
anyone or any business.
- We
use the information supplied by customers and guests, to serve
them, answer questions, and fill their orders.
- Our site
uses cookies. Cookies are bits of
information that our website sends to your computer, while you
are viewing our site. These reminders allow our website to
remember important information that makes our site more useful.
We use cookies to remember the parts and quantities of the items
in your shopping cart.
You may choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie
is sent, or you may turn on, or turn off all cookies. You do
this through your browser (like Netscape Navigator or Internet
Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look
at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to turn on
cookies. If you turn cookies off, you cannot access many of the
features that make our website more efficient.
- Our site uses a secure
on-line order form for our customers to order products. We
collect information like email addresses, bank card numbers and
contact information to process customer orders. The customer
contact information and email addresses are used to contact
customers when necessary to clarify orders or correct errors.
Bank card information is not stored.
- All of the customer
information is protected against unauthorized access, and is
available only to specially trained customer service staff
members, when assisting a customer with their order.
Consignment Items
· If
you have something worth more than $100, we will be glad to list it
on a consignment basis.
· Consignment
items need to be sent to us. We will then photograph it and list the
item on several websites.
· Once
the item sells, and the funds clear the bank, we ship the item to the
customer and send you a check for the sold price less the 25%
commission.
· Just
figure out your bottom price you will take and add 20%. If we feel
the item might sell for more, we will discuss it with you and start
the item at the higher price. We can always lower the price later.
Many people call me with a lower offer and this way we have some room
to dicker with them as well.
