New Jersey, Massachusetts and New York Customers
State regulations require that certain guns or kits be
transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL).
Although muzzleloaders are antique-style black powder rifles, New
York and New Jersey laws treat them differently than federal law. To
remain compliant, we must follow the process below:
Step 1:
Select a Local FFL Dealer Choose a licensed dealer in your area who is willing to handle the transfer from
a non-FFL holder. Providing this dealer information to us is the customer’s
responsibility. There is a message box in the cart to provide the dealer's name
so I can match your order with the FFL license.
Step 2:
Complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email,
followed by a reminder with instructions for your FFL transfer.
Step 3:
Your chosen dealer must send us a copy of their Federal Firearms
License before shipment.
License can be sent directly to us by email to gunsmith1756@gmail.com. Once we receive the documentation, we will
ship your gun to the dealer where you may pick it up.
Please be sure to thank your local
delegates for not knowing the difference between breech loading and muzzle
loading guns.
